On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 3-20 working days to deliver your order as we take orders on made-to-order basis. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. The tentative due delivery date will be shared for all order within 48 hours of placing the order.

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours.
Order once shipped will not be cancelled or refunded. 
In case the customer is not available on the given address when the delivery is attempted by our courier partner please leave us a mail on hello@fancypastels.com to reschedule the delivery.
